Your Role Focus

As a Project Manager, you will lead construction projects from start to finish. You will have overall responsibility for the project's budget, results, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be the hub of collaboration between the customer, suppliers, and our internal resources.

You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for project planning regarding time, budget, and resources
• Maintain close dialogue with the customer and ensure that the delivery matches their needs
• Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Work with collaboration, framework, and project agreements
• Monitor project budgets and perform financial reporting
• Identify risks and ensure that project goals are met

If We May Wish

We believe you have a background in construction engineering and have gathered several years of experience in construction production – preferably in a project management role. Perhaps you are currently working as a site manager, designer, or project manager and feel ready for the next challenge. The most important thing for us is that you have a holistic view, are solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility.

We believe you have:

• A construction engineering education, preferably at a post-secondary level
• Experience in leading construction projects – large and small
• Good knowledge of calculations, budgets, and financial follow-up
• Understanding of contract law and various production methods
• Experience in steel construction is an advantage
